Company Overview:
A prominent legal services organization based in New York City, providing comprehensive legal assistance to vulnerable populations in over 300,000 cases annually, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their recruitment efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Talent process by posting job announcements on internal and external job boards.
  • Draft offer letters for all positions.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all candidate information is accurately documented.
  • Resolve and troubleshoot applicant questions via the talent acquisition job posting inbox.
  • Support temporary staff hiring process with staffing agencies and hiring managers.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent department, including preparing reports and maintaining talent acquisition metrics.
  • Facilitate staff trainings to Talent Acquisition Specialists, hiring managers, and other users on how to effectively utilize the ATS.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an associate’s degree with two years of relevant education/work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and additional work experience.
  • Experience with ADP Recruitment Management or applicant tracking systems.
  • Proficiency in Zendesk.
  • Experience within non-profit organizations or the legal field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $23 – $25/hr
