Company Overview:
A leading global alternative investment manager focuses on private equity, credit, and real estate, leveraging an integrated platform to create value for investors. They are seeking a Scrum Master to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives within their Data Engineering department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Manage project budgets and facilitate requirements gathering sessions.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Perform gap analyses, root cause investigations, and impact assessments.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Engineers, QA, and Change Management teams.
• Oversee UAT planning and execution; ensure readiness for production deployment.
• Drive change management, training, and adoption strategies for new systems and processes.
• Monitor project performance metrics, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Serve as a central liaison between business units and technology teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer Science, or related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis roles in the financial services sector.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across the full SDLC in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Proficiency with project and analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, Lucidchart).
• Experience working with finance-related datasets and familiarity with SQL or other data query tools.
• Exposure to BI/reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Next.js, React).
• Formal project management and/or business analysis certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP, CSM).

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $90 – $120/hr
