Company Overview:
A global leader in advanced engineering and manufacturing solutions for the life sciences industry, with over 2,700 employees and backed by prominent investment firms. The company is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to align business objectives with people strategies across departments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business and HR leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational performance.
  • Provide strategic guidance and coaching to business leaders on organizational design, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning.
  • Serve as a cultural steward and change leader, fostering engagement, inclusion, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive talent strategies, including recruitment, performance management, retention, and development plans in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence.
  • Analyze HR metrics, trends, and feedback to proactively address issues and improve business outcomes.
  • Support and lead employee relations strategies and resolution for complex or high-impact situations.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are implemented effectively and in compliance with employment laws.
  • Lead or support cross-functional HR projects and initiatives to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
  • Set objectives, monitor progress, and drive employee development for direct reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
  • 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a strategic HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing and/or R&D environment within the life sciences industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and workforce planning.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and lead through change.
  • Prior experience leading HR teams in a multi-site and global environment.

Compensation:
Salary: $130,000 – $155,000
