Company Overview:
A leading financial advisory firm with a legacy as one of the oldest independent investment banks, advising on mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets solutions. They are seeking a Business Analyst & AI Automation Specialist to enhance their AI-driven processes and user training initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business workflows, pain points, and automation opportunities.
• Document current and future state processes, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
• Design and configure agentic AI solutions using Copilot Studio, including crafting effective prompts and conversational flows.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise data sources and APIs with assistance from the data engineering team.
• Leverage Power Platform to connect AI agents with business systems and develop lightweight automations.
• Create and deliver training programs, workshops, and user guides for effective AI agent interaction.
• Monitor AI agent performance, gather feedback, and iterate on design for improved user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio or similar conversational AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Power Platform for workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering principles and conversational design.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for stakeholder engagement and end-user training.

Preferred:

• Exposure to agentic AI frameworks and RAG concepts.
• Experience in change management and driving technology adoption.
• Knowledge of data integration and API connectivity.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $70 – $85/hr
