Company Overview:
A leading global private investment firm with approximately $185 billion in assets under management is seeking a professional to join their Financial Planning and Analysis group. This role will focus on supporting capital markets business units, primarily in credit and insurance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Compile analysis around the annual budget process and related monitoring exercises throughout the year
• Contribute to the development of the organization’s long-term multi-year strategic plan
• Liaise with compensation team and corporate finance/accounting team on a daily basis
• Record journal entries to adjust the Company’s tax basis P&L to the management basis as needed
• Assist with frequent ad hoc projects and analysis

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in an accounting or FP&A environment, with at least one year as a manager
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with Anaplan, PowerBI, and/or Tableau is a plus
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

Compensation:
Salary: $120,000 – $140,000, Plus Bonus
