Company Overview:
A regional bank headquartered in New Jersey provides personal and business banking services, including management and digital banking solutions. They are seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join their Loan Servicing Department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks related to balancing, reporting, processing, and research functions associated with Escrow, Insurance, payoff processing, and customer service segments.
  • Complete daily data entry, file maintenance duties, and processing activities for the assigned area.
  • Provide assistance to customers and/or other agencies in a professional, timely, and accurate manner.
  • Follow department guidelines, policies, and procedures to complete duties effectively and efficiently.
  • Assist others in accomplishing department objectives and participate in training and development programs.
  • Respond to management requests to perform related duties and activities.
  • Provide testing on Horizon releases and other operating systems within the department.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 5 or more years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to perform arithmetic operations with a calculator.
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Ability to work a flexible hourly schedule as requested.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $26 – $30/hr, DOE
