Company Overview:
A leading global private investment firm with approximately $185 billion in assets under management is seeking a Manager/Director for Investor Relations Marketing/Diligence. This role will focus exclusively on the firm's Real Estate business, working from their Boston office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and participate in fundraising processes and key annual projects such as the annual investor meeting
• Collaborate with Real Estate coverage team and business leaders on external initiatives and fundraises
• Review and enhance investor materials, including communications, meetings, and strategic sessions
• Oversee due diligence processes and prepare analyses to support investor due diligence
• Manage completion of LP information and data requests
• Organize and host operational due diligence meetings with investors
• Meet with investors to provide updates or host due diligence sessions
• Manage and motivate junior team members, delegate tasks, and evaluate performance
• Lead hiring processes for the Real Estate IR Marketing/Diligence team
• Manage internal relationships with various departments

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of investor relations experience, preferably in private equity real estate
• Strong analytical skills and experience with investor objectives and fundraising
• Experience managing junior professionals and strong leadership qualities
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Undergraduate degree with a track record of achievement

Compensation:
Salary: $150,000 – $240,000, Plus Bonus
