Company Overview:
A leading private markets investment firm with a focus on Buyout and Infrastructure platforms is seeking an experienced Fund Accounting & Reporting consultant. This role will oversee fund administrator outputs and maintain accurate investor financial reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and review quarterly financial information from third-party fund administrators.
• Prepare and review fund financial statements and footnotes under U.S. GAAP.
• Compile investor reporting materials, including track records, IRRs, forecasts, and valuation updates.
• Support quarterly valuation meetings and prepare summary schedules and materials.
• Manage and review capital calls and distributions, including notices, wires, and fund flows.
• Collaborate with tax advisors to review K-1 data, tax estimates, and investor dissemination.
• Handle audit support and communication with auditors and administrators.
• Prepare quarterly management and monitoring fee calculations and initiate payments.
• Assist in the issuance of financial statements for Mauritius and other offshore entities.
• Support fund and SPV liquidations in varied jurisdictions.
• Help set up and establish reporting processes for the flagship Infrastructure fund launch.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of private equity or infrastructure fund accounting/finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP for investment partnerships and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to review fund administrator packages and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivots, lookups, and modeling capability.
• Prior exposure to tax processes, such as K-1 review and tax estimate distribution, is advantageous.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $80 – $125/hr
