Company Overview:
A global high-tech manufacturing company with over 6,000 employees is undergoing a significant transformation under new leadership. They are seeking a Global HR Business Partner to support a global team across various functions and drive strategic HR initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with senior business leaders to design and execute people strategies that align with business goals and drive transformation across global operations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Lead and support key strategic initiatives related to organizational transformation, business integration, and post-acquisition alignment.
  • Drive change management initiatives to evolve the company from regional to business unit structures.
  • Partner with business and HR leadership to build and implement HR processes, systems, and programs—including performance management, engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Leverage data and analytics to provide insights, influence decisions, and tell the story behind key workforce trends.
  • Collaborate on the design, selection, and potential implementation of a global HRIS system.
  • Serve as a hands-on partner to operational leaders—comfortable supporting both strategic initiatives and “on the floor” manufacturing needs.
  • Champion employee engagement and culture transformation initiatives across diverse global teams.
  • Promote a balance of strategic leadership and operational execution.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a global HR business partner or leadership capacity.
  • Proven success partnering with senior executives to drive business transformation, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience in M&A integration, organizational redesign, or change management preferred.
  • Hands-on experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain populations a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and drive alignment among senior leaders in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical and data storytelling skills; experience using data to inform business decisions.
  • Experience implementing or supporting HRIS system selection and deployment is advantageous.
  • Strategic mindset with the willingness to operate tactically and build foundational processes from the ground up.

Compensation:
Salary: $180,000 – $240,000
