Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver timely, high-quality tax compliance and consulting services that strengthen client relationships and satisfaction.
• Prepare and self-review a variety of work products, ensuring accuracy and completeness for delivery to clients.
• Focus areas include individual, fiduciary, entity, and not-for-profit tax filings and planning.
• Conduct research on complex tax matters and contribute to practical tax planning strategies.
• Collaborate within a small, integrated team to deliver coordinated client service and family office support.
• Assist with time-sensitive client requests and planning opportunities.
• Share technical knowledge and best practices with colleagues to support ongoing team development.
• Maintain a commitment to continued learning and professional growth within a collaborative, flexible work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Experience in tax compliance and planning, preferably in a family office, wealth management, or public accounting environment.
• Strong background in individual and fiduciary taxation; experience with pass-through entities, not-for-profits, or gift tax is a plus.
• Proficiency with major tax compliance software and Microsoft Office tools.

Compensation:
Salary: $80,000 – $130,000, Plus Bonus
