Company Overview:
A leading global alternative investment manager focuses on private equity, credit, and real estate, leveraging an integrated platform to create value. They are seeking an IT Business Analyst/Project Manager with expertise in insurance asset management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead data transformation initiatives across business and IT functions
• Translate business data needs into system capabilities and/or process designs
• Identify and triage data issues, driving tactical and strategic solutions

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in the financial or consulting industry
• Experience in data-related process re-engineering and system transformation in investment management
• Strong skills in Data/Reporting tools, e.g., SQL, Power BI; Python is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of financial instruments such as fixed income, alternative investments, equities, and derivatives
• Experience with leading investment systems (e.g., Aladdin, thinkFolio, Bloomberg, EDM, PAM) is beneficial

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $80 – $100/hr
