Company Overview:
A global investment firm with approximately $504 billion in assets under management is seeking an experienced Identity Engineering Leader. This role involves leading a team to address complex identity and security challenges across the firm's technology ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of identity engineers focused on security initiatives
• Define and execute the identity engineering roadmap
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Infrastructure, and DevOps
• Design and implement enterprise identity management solutions
• Engineer cloud-native identity solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP
• Develop solutions for AI systems and emerging technologies
• Drive secrets management engineering initiatives
• Implement service mesh authentication and API gateway security
• Partner with the Cloud Security Team to integrate identity into CI/CD pipelines
• Establish secure coding standards and patterns
• Stay current with emerging identity technologies and cloud security trends

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in identity and access management engineering
• 5+ years of hands-on cloud engineering experience with Azure, AWS, and/or GCP
• 3+ years in a leadership or technical lead role managing engineering teams
• Deep expertise with identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or Ping Identity
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols like OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML
• Proficiency in secrets management solutions and cloud IAM services
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and containerization technologies
• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Go
• Strong foundation in security principles and frameworks

Compensation:
Salary: $150,000 – $190,000, Plus Bonus
