Company Overview:
A private multi-family office managing over $200 billion in assets is seeking a Tax Specialist to join their Fiduciary Tax team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage complex trust and fiduciary tax filings, including grantor, non-grantor, charitable, and private foundation returns.
  • Coordinate compliance cycles such as extensions, estimates, and projections across multiple entities.
  • Advise on tax implications of trust structures and transactions.
  • Partner with client account managers, wealth planners, and investment teams.
  • Research multi-state and federal fiduciary tax issues and recommend solutions.
  • Contribute to process enhancements and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in fiduciary tax compliance with a trust, estate, or private client background.
  • Strong technical understanding of fiduciary income taxation.
  • Proficiency with ProSystem fx, OneSource, and Microsoft Office.

Compensation:
Salary: $100,000 – $160,000, Plus Bonus
