Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with approximately $500 billion in assets under management is seeking an experienced Identity Engineering Leader. This role will focus on solving complex identity and security challenges across the firm's technology ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of identity engineers focused on critical security initiatives
• Define and execute the identity engineering roadmap aligned with business objectives and security requirements
• Design and implement enterprise identity management solutions including SSO, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, and OAuth/OIDC frameworks
• Engineer cloud-native identity solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP
• Drive secrets management engineering initiatives, including vault solutions and credential rotation strategies
• Partner with the Cloud Security Team to integrate identity and secrets management into CI/CD pipelines
• Stay current with emerging identity technologies and cloud security trends

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in identity and access management (IAM) engineering
• 5+ years of hands-on cloud engineering experience with Azure, AWS, and/or GCP
• 3+ years in a leadership or technical lead role managing engineering teams
• Deep expertise with identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, or Ping Identity
• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages like Python, PowerShell, or Go
• Strong foundation in security principles, including zero-trust architecture and least privilege
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $100/hr, Plus Bonus
