Company Overview:
A prestigious international law firm with over 900 lawyers across 12 offices worldwide is seeking a Records Project Manager / Data Analyst to support their Information Governance team. This role will focus on executing records management and information governance projects within a fast-paced legal environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of records-related projects, ensuring alignment with firm policies and compliance obligations.
  • Assist in developing and executing test plans for updates and enhancements to legal records systems.
  • Analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends, discrepancies, and quality issues.
  • Review outside counsel guidelines to extract records and information governance requirements.
  • Assist with the implementation of records retention and disposition schedules.
  • Provide additional support on department initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a law firm or legal services environment strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of legal records management and information governance principles.
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with legal records management systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $30 – $35/hr
