Company Overview:
A leading global investment management firm is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to enhance and manage their Salesforce environment. This role supports the firm's strategic objectives by optimizing Salesforce for portfolio managers, analysts, operations, and client services teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Salesforce environments to ensure optimal performance, security, and data integrity
• Manage user provisioning, access controls, and security settings
• Configure and customize Salesforce using declarative tools to meet business requirements
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
• Support end-users through training, documentation, and technical assistance
• Manage Salesforce release cycles, patches, and updates
• Conduct regular audits of system usage, security settings, and data quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user training materials
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements
• Support integration initiatives with other enterprise systems
• Participate in incident management and root cause analysis

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a regulated or complex enterprise environment
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification (current and active)
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration using declarative tools
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security model and user management
• Experience managing sandbox environments and deployment processes
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboarding, and data analysis
• Knowledge of financial services industry best practices and regulatory compliance requirements (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, finance, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Salesforce Platform Developer Certification or other advanced Salesforce certifications (preferred)

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $50 – $70/hr, DOE
