Company Overview:
A leading global growth investor with over $80 billion in assets under management is seeking a professional to oversee the implementation of a new Evergreen 3c7 fund structure. This role offers significant exposure across the investment committee, fund operations, and executive leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead operational coordination across transfer agent, third-party administrator, CFO team, legal, and compliance teams for fund launch.
• Write and refine policies, procedures, and process documentation as the fund is built and scaled.
• Act as a strategic partner, attending meetings with fund teams and driving follow-ups across various departments.
• Draft and synthesize materials for internal senior stakeholders, including Investment Committee updates and fund status presentations.
• Critically assess workflows, question assumptions, and develop practical solutions for effective implementation.
• Collaborate with capital formation, treasury, and valuation teams to align operations with long-term platform objectives.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on, technically strong, and intellectually curious professional.
• Experience in project management and operational leadership.
• Ability to develop and refine policies and procedures.
• Strong presentation development skills.
• Ability to critically assess workflows and develop solutions.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $150/hr
