Company Overview:
A middle-market private equity investment firm is seeking a Credit Portfolio Data Analyst to join its team. The role focuses on managing data integrity and supporting reporting processes for credit portfolio companies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate quarterly data inputs for credit portfolio companies
• Verify and contextualize quarter-over-quarter changes for accuracy and consistency
• Develop reporting templates and automated processes to enhance scalability
• Design and lead proactive data quality audits
• Create and maintain documentation of data processes, templates, and workflows
• Support the creation of quarterly LP reporting materials
• Lead bespoke portfolio analyses for fundraising and LP requests
• Partner with Investor Relations on fundraising and marketing deliverables
• Track and communicate deadlines and reporting expectations to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with various teams to fulfill ad hoc LP and portfolio data requests
• Support fund-level scenario analyses and portfolio modeling
• Contribute to long-term dashboard development using visualization tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; quantitative or analytical focus preferred
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance, data analytics, or investment operations
• Technical proficiency in Excel; experience with iLevel, Sentry, Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex data sets and ensure accuracy

Compensation:
Salary: $120,000 – $175,000
