Company Overview:
A leading financial advisory firm with a legacy as one of the oldest independent investment banks, advising on mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets solutions, is seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to join their dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop full-scale, multi-screen Power Apps canvas apps from concept to deployment.
  • Apply HTML, CSS, and pseudo-CSS to achieve consistent, responsive styling.
  • Create and maintain reusable components and User Defined Functions (UDFs).
  • Design and implement custom connectors for external REST API integration.
  • Build Power Automate flows for data preparation, processing, and access.
  • Integrate Co-Pilot Studio functionality into Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
  • Develop intuitive forms with a focus on user experience.
  • Manipulate and structure JSON data for Power Apps integration.
  • Leverage SQL Server, Data Lake, SharePoint, and Dataverse as data layers.
  • Integrate 3rd Party REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, GraphQL, and SharePoint APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
  • Work with the Power BI Report Developer to embed Power BI into Power Apps.
  • Ensure releases are pushed through unmanaged and managed environments.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of financial services applications.
  • Provide comprehensive documentation for application designs and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and deploying multi-screen canvas Power Apps.
  • Strong understanding of UX design principles.
  • Proficiency in CSS, pseudo-CSS, and theming techniques.
  • Expertise in developing reusable components and UDFs.
  • Experience in designing custom connectors for REST API integration.
  • Proven track record in building Power Automate flows.
  • Hands-on experience with JSON manipulation for Power Apps.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Server, Data Lake, SharePoint Lists, and Dataverse.
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API, GraphQL, and SharePoint API.
  • Exposure to financial services applications is a plus.
  • Background in web-rich application development is advantageous.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $65 – $75/hr
