Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models for real-world applications
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycles—from problem definition to solution deployment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to strategic technical decisions
• Stay ahead of industry trends and help shape the AI roadmap

Qualifications:

• 5–6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
• Proven experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
• Minimum of 12 months of hands-on involvement with LLMs and generative AI
• Expertise in Python at a senior level with proficient React skills
• Background in designing APIs and microservices at an institutional level
• Demonstrated success in deploying AI features into production environments

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $60 – $75/hr
