Company Overview:
A dynamic investment firm is seeking an experienced hedge fund accounting professional to join its collaborative accounting and operations team. The role involves working closely with the Senior Controller and Chief Financial Officer to manage the firm's financial operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of the firm's shadow books and records for two separately managed accounts and the flagship master-feeder structure
• Handle routine accounting functions such as expense allocations and processing
• Work with fund counterparties and administrators on trade allocations, settlements, and reconciliations
• Improve firm and team processes with a focus on automation and AI

Qualifications:

• Six to ten years of accounting and operations experience, primarily at a hedge fund
• Working knowledge of macro strategies and products, including equities, equity swaps, commodities, FX, and interest rate futures, forwards, options, and swaps
• Experience with daily hedge fund operations
• Familiarity with Bloomberg OMS and Enfusion GL is a plus
• Experience with data warehouse systems

Compensation:
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000, Plus Bonus
