Company Overview:
A leading private equity investment firm with over $40 billion invested in more than 180 companies, focusing on media, communications, education, and technology sectors. The firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Vice President for their Valuation & Strategic Analysis team to assist with quarterly valuations and financial planning projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with valuation analysis on a wide range of portfolio companies within core sectors
• Prepare materials for financial reporting and fundraising purposes
• Support new fund launches and respond to investor due diligence requests
• Create ad hoc reports for various departments, including senior leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics; MBA ideal but not required
• 2-3 years of experience for Senior Associate level; 5-7 years for VP level
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of the business

Compensation:
Salary: $110,000 – $145,000, Plus Bonus
