Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with nearly $300 billion in assets under management is seeking a key member for their Investment Operations team. This role focuses on operational support and management of Strategic Insurance Clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and support an enhanced operations servicing model, ensuring clients understand investment portfolios and addressing questions/issues across diverse credit investments.
• Daily oversight of the reconciliation process with stakeholders to ensure accurate records for monthly close, reviewing overdue receivables, and working with teams to ensure accurate activity capture.
• Assist with private deal fundings, pipeline management, and client communication for smooth closing on complex transactions.
• Oversee daily/monthly reporting, assist in building better reporting solutions, and ensure accurate data review before client delivery.
• Coordinate responses for ad-hoc client queries, ensuring incoming requests are directed to the right groups and followed up on.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-10 years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of the Insurance Industry, including STAT accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience with Insurance Accounting systems such as Clearwater, PAM, Aladdin is a strong plus.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $65 – $80/hr, DOE
