Company Overview:
A prominent family office is seeking a Trading and Operations Consultant to support its operations team in ensuring accurate trade execution, settlement, and reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Log trades in the daily blotter and confirm the economics of each transaction
• Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and counterparties to resolve discrepancies
• Monitor execution to ensure settled/delivered and log trades in the reporting software Addepar
• Review and save trade confirmations, monitor tax lots, and track FX positions
• Support end-of-day processes, including a daily email summary for the reporting team
• Monitor and forward reporting emails, save documents, and follow up on communications
• Collaborate with reporting, tax, and investment teams to ensure data accuracy
• Liaise with the reporting team and iCapital to reconcile breaks in positions in Addepar
• Support ad hoc requests and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in trading, operations, or investment support
• Knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and the trade lifecycle
• Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $40 – $85/hr, DOE
