Company Overview:
A multi-family office is seeking a Bookkeeper to manage financial transactions and client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all bookkeeping transactions, including bill paying, client deposits, and client reports
  • Ensure payment of all bills by reviewing for accuracy, making payments, and coding to the appropriate general ledger accounts
  • Prepare household payroll processing and monitor charitable contributions
  • Deposit checks with appropriate backup and reconcile bank statements
  • Provide quality customer service by tracking inquiries, preparing documentation, and responding to clients
  • Create client financial statements and reconcile transactions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of accounting software packages required

Compensation:
Salary: $95,000 – $125,000
