Company Overview:
A leading quantitative trading firm with a global presence, specializing in high-frequency trading and employing over 400 professionals worldwide, is seeking a Tax Associate to join their team. The role focuses on tax reporting, partner allocations, and compliance within their dynamic and innovative environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute and review monthly and quarterly tax allocations to improve tax estimate accuracy
• Perform tax reporting, classification scoping, and analysis to streamline general ledger tax reporting
• Consolidate and prepare tax schedules for external tax advisors in the annual K-1 reporting process
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of tax filings across jurisdictions
• Review transfer pricing transactions for compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Manage the annual transfer pricing study with external tax advisors
• Serve as the first-line reviewer of external tax advisor K-1 reporting
• Act as a key point of contact for partners and their tax consultants
• Handle additional ad hoc tax-related requests

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• CPA required
• 3-5 years partnership tax experience at a multinational public accounting firm or public/private mix
• Advanced Excel skills (Lookups, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, Index/Match, nested IF functions)
• Asset management experience preferred
• Transfer pricing experience preferred
• Highly technical Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX) preferred
• Experience or willingness to leverage AI tools for scalable, streamlined processes

Compensation:
Salary: $100,000 – $125,000, Plus Bonus
