Company Overview:
A leading real estate development company in New York City is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant. This role will support the Partner, President, and their families, blending personal and executive responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive and personal support, including calendar management, logistics, expense reporting, and staff supervision.
  • Manage confidential information, personal and corporate finances, legal documents, and serve as the primary screen for executive correspondence.
  • Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries, manage trade show travel, and plan/execute corporate meetings and large-scale personal events.
  • Oversee office management tasks such as interviewing/hiring staff, vendor management, ordering office supplies, and managing charitable donations and gifting programs.

Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience working with CEOs, Owners, and/or Principals of multi-million dollar companies.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex business and personal affairs, streamlining operations, and handling highly sensitive information.
  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:
Salary: $115,000 – $125,000, Plus Bonus
