Company Overview:
A leading global fintech company with $176 billion in platform assets is seeking a Strategic Finance professional to join their Corporate Finance team. This role involves significant responsibilities in financial and managerial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the budgeting and forecasting of key financial performance indicators, focusing on revenue, expenses, and sales activity.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget process across key financial performance indicators.
  • Develop key financial and performance metrics with detailed analytics for the Management Committee and business leads.
  • Liaise with FP&A team members to develop business-specific key performance metrics, client analytics, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Identify and assess opportunities to enhance the current reporting structure and develop new approaches to evaluate business performance.
  • Partner with FP&A team members and sales to develop monthly analyses and insights into variances between budget vs. actual results.
  • Perform sales analytics to support business development and growth of the company's solutions department.
  • Support the preparation of monthly management and quarterly board reporting packages.
  • Identify and remediate process gaps and implement effective internal controls.
  • Assist in completing ad hoc projects such as the implementation of new software and financial planning tools.

Qualifications:

  • 2-6+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or accounting experience within the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with private market investments such as private equity, hedge funds, and/or structured investments is preferred.
  • Experience in planning and ERP tools (e.g., WorkDay Adaptive, Tableau, Essbase) and familiarity with Oracle NetSuite and/or General Ledger systems is preferred.
  • Advanced degree and/or credentials desired, such as MBA, CPA, CFA.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation:
Salary: $95,000 – $140,000, Plus Bonus
