Company Overview:
A Boston-based investment firm with $2.9 billion in assets under management focuses on a concentrated, long-biased, long/short equity strategy. They are seeking an analyst to join their team, emphasizing deep fundamental research and active engagement with management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the firm's investment team to conduct deep bottom-up fundamental research
• Create and maintain detailed financial models, inclusive of both company and industry data
• Develop deep targeted industry knowledge
• Cultivate relationships with both buy and sell-side investors, in addition to other industry stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a record of achievement
• 2-5+ years of prior relevant work experience, with strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

Compensation:
Salary: $200,000
