Company Overview:
A leading financial services company with a century-long history is seeking a Technical Product Manager to modernize its core services. The role involves working on legacy platforms to enhance the organization’s service delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the lead product manager to understand strategic goals and own prioritization and tradeoffs for the cross-team technical roadmap.
  • Proactively identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure timely delivery of sprint outcomes.
  • Partner with Engineering Managers and Tech Leads to shape and document technical requirements.
  • Decompose work into clear, outcome-oriented increments for completion within a single sprint.
  • Serve as the product advocate for initiatives, articulating business drivers and implications to technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or similar roles.
  • Ability to understand system architecture, data pipelines, microservices, and engage in technical discussions.
  • Proven ability to manage dependencies in complex, multi-team environments using tools like Jira or Confluence.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate between technical constraints and business impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $80 – $88/hr
