Company Overview:
A leading investment management firm with approximately $17 billion in assets under management, specializing in mortgage and consumer credit investments, is seeking an IT Business Analyst / Project Manager in its IT Program Management Office to support business teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for supporting and optimizing business processes and system implementations.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and needs.
• Oversee and manage data processes to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct advanced data analysis to extract meaningful insights, trends, and performance indicators.
• Utilize data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage the entire RFP process from initial request through vendor selection and contract negotiation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
• Perform business assessment and evaluate operational benefits of solutions.
• Produce and maintain key project governance documentation.
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and internal shared services.
• Ensure adherence to IT security policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Project Team to address, mitigate, and resolve risks or issues.
• Develop and maintain budget, project, and reporting documentation.
• Manage several initiatives simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, information technology, or engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience working with loans, including an understanding of loan products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and enterprise-level systems integration.
• Proficiency in BI tooling (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and data retrieval and analysis tooling (SQL, Python, etc.).

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $60 – $80/hr, DOE
