Company Overview:
A leading global alternative investment manager offers clients primary and secondary investment solutions across credit, private equity, real estate, and infrastructure asset classes. They are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their global accounts payable team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute operational activities accurately within defined SLAs, including invoice processing, vendor master management, and payments.
• Resolve vendor inquiries and internal issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and audit requests.
• Collaborate with off-shore teams on operational activities and system support.
• Monitor AP integration issues and collaborate with IT/Financial Applications teams to resolve.
• Provide support and analysis on ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
• Ensure business process/policy documentation is maintained regularly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or accounting.
• 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience in a global organization.
• Experience using Coupa, Oracle Fusion, or any other ERP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills.
• Financial Service Industry experience preferred.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $40 – $60/hr
