Company Overview:
A leading global alternative investment manager offers clients primary and secondary investment solutions across credit, private equity, real estate, and infrastructure asset classes. They are seeking an Associate Vice President to support their insurance solutions team with data operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Validate and cross-check reference, security master, and analytics data from multiple systems.
• Help define and maintain data governance policies, data ownership/stewardship, data quality rules, and change-control processes.
• Design, create, and maintain operational and management dashboards; define, build out, and monitor KPIs.
• Assist with internal and external reporting requirements, including preparation, automation, validation, and delivery.
• Evaluate processes and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Investigate and resolve data breaks, escalating issues as needed.
• Collaborate with the AIS team on attribute/logic changes and coordinate with IT on system changes.
• Perform accurate and timely updates to reference and master data.
• Work with various stakeholders on data requests.
• Perform ad hoc requests and maintain audit trails and documentation for all data checks and reconciliations.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in asset management operations, data management, or insurance & financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments and transaction lifecycles.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL or financial data tools is a plus.

Compensation:
Salary: $150,000 – $170,000, Plus Bonus
