Company Overview:
A next-generation investment platform with over $34 billion in assets under management is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Platform Solution Engineer. This role involves designing and automating accounting and reporting workflows across a multi-asset investment platform.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end automation of period close workflows, including GL entry staging, period rolls, NAV sign-off, data quality checks, and period close enforcement
• Design and implement IBOR-to-ABOR reconciliation frameworks
• Build investor commitment reconciliation processes
• Develop management fee, carry, and dry powder calculations
• Support budget vs. actual reporting and firm-wide flash reporting
• Implement financial statement support tooling
• Enhance cross-system position reconciliation frameworks
• Extend and operationalize data quality frameworks
• Support investor reporting infrastructure
• Coordinate with internal technology teams and external vendors
• Write and validate complex SQL queries
• Design and deliver business-facing dashboards and reports
• Act as principal platform owner and technical analyst on core systems implementations
• Ensure operational stability of data pipelines and provide L2 support

Qualifications:

• 10-14 years of experience in investment operations, fund accounting technology, or platform engineering
• Deep understanding of IBOR, ABOR, and ERP/general ledger accounting systems
• Direct experience with fund accounting and investment operations systems
• Strong hands-on SQL experience
• Experience designing and delivering business-facing dashboards and reports
• Working knowledge of alternative investment structures
• Experience integrating enterprise applications via REST APIs or FTP files
• Audit, compliance, and risk management mindset
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a relevant technical fieldA 
• CPA, CFA, or CAIA designation is a plus

Compensation:
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000, Plus Bonus
