Company Overview:
A leading global alternative investment manager focuses on private equity, credit, and real estate investments. They are seeking a Technology Project Manager / BA to join their Enterprise Data Organization, bridging data strategy and execution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end project management for enterprise data initiatives, establishing structured plans, milestones, dependencies, and accountability frameworks.
  • Drive scrum and agile frameworks through Jira, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
  • Build and maintain high-quality reporting and status visibility across EDO priorities.
  • Translate business requirements into well-structured Jira work item hierarchies and enforce Jira hygiene and governance standards.
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reporting views that surface delivery metrics and data program KPIs.
  • Identify risks, blockers, and gaps proactively, escalating where needed and driving resolution.
  • Serve as a reliable operational partner to Data Engineering and Business stakeholders.
  • Actively explore and implement AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve team efficiency.
  • Maintain a working understanding of Snowflake-based data environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technology or data-focused project management, preferably within financial services or asset management.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Jira, including backlog management, workflow configuration, sprint execution, and reporting.
  • Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools for reporting and dashboard development.
  • Demonstrated experience operating within agile/scrum delivery frameworks.
  • Foundational understanding of private credit markets and investment management operations.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ability to navigate technical conversations with data engineers.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms preferred.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and a proactive track record of applying AI tools to improve workflows.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $60 – $100/hr, DOE
