Company Overview:
A global alternative investment management firm established in 1989, known for its multi-strategy investment approach, is seeking a Deputy Head of Operations for Private Investments. This role focuses on designing and overseeing the operational infrastructure for less-liquid businesses.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and build-out of operational infrastructure for various credit and structured finance strategies.
• Act as a deputy to the Head of Operations, providing decision-making support and managing key initiatives.
• Drive strategic transformation initiatives and partner with Technology to enhance core platforms.
• Manage and analyze large data sets to support reconciliations, reporting, and management information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust processes and controls for new products and structures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in alternative asset management with a focus on private and structured credit.
• Experience in leading large-scale operational and technology transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Wall Street Office, Murex, and Bloomberg.
• Proficiency in SQL, VBA, and/or Python preferred.

Compensation:
Salary: $160,000 – $250,000, Plus Bonus
