Company Overview:
A leading global alternative investment manager is seeking experienced Legal & Compliance PMO and COO professionals to support strategic and operational initiatives. The role involves working closely with senior leadership to enhance the firm's legal and compliance operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Legal & Compliance COO on department-wide planning, organizational design, headcount management, and budget oversight
• Own or support the delivery of cross-functional compliance and legal projects from scoping and resourcing through execution and close-out
• Develop executive-level materials including board presentations, regulatory submissions, leadership briefings, and internal communications
• Manage relationships with external counsel, third-party vendors, and regulatory bodies
• Lead or support Legal & Compliance technology initiatives, including platform selection and implementation oversight
• Design and maintain program governance frameworks, project trackers, and initiative dashboards
• Coordinate regulatory exam logistics, document production processes, and cross-functional exam response workstreams
• Drive operational process improvements across the division

Qualifications:

• Experience in Legal & Compliance PMO and COO roles
• Ability to develop executive-level materials and manage external relationships
• Experience with Legal & Compliance technology initiatives

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $50 – $100/hr
