A lot of candidates spend time preparing the perfect answers to interview questions. But it’s also important to remember that your tone, your polish, and your energy are all impactful as well.

Do I want to work with them every day? Can they communicate clearly under pressure? Positive energy is an underrated tool in successful interviewing.

Sitting upright, speaking with enthusiasm, smiling naturally, making intentional eye contact, and sounding conversational instead of overly rehearsed.
