Company Overview:
A well-established public accounting and advisory firm is seeking a Senior Tax Manager with deep expertise in high-net-worth taxation. This role involves serving high-net-worth individuals and families, overseeing a team to deliver sophisticated tax compliance and strategic planning services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, managing all aspects of tax planning and compliance for individuals, trusts, family investment partnerships, and private foundations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and their families.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of clients’ financial objectives, family dynamics, and wealth preservation goals.
  • Provide authoritative guidance on trust and estate planning strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of tax professionals in delivering high-quality client service.
  • Review complex trust and estate planning documents to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Develop and implement sophisticated estate and trust strategies aimed at minimizing tax exposure and achieving multi-generational wealth transfer goals.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and financial professionals to develop and review estate planning instruments such as trust agreements and wills.
  • Advise clients on wealth transfer, gifting, and philanthropic strategies supporting their overall estate plan.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of estate and trust taxation laws and proactively advise clients on regulatory changes.
  • Work cross-functionally with legal, investment, and financial advisory teams to deliver fully integrated wealth management solutions.
  • Coordinate internally across departments to ensure seamless service and advisory support for clients.
  • Partner with external and internal counsel as needed to resolve trust and estate-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Deep expertise in fiduciary taxation and estate planning.
  • Experience in managing tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of tax professionals.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing estate and trust strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of estate and trust taxation laws.

Compensation:
Salary: $150,000 – $250,000 Plus Bonus
