Company Overview:
A well-established public accounting and advisory firm is seeking a Tax Senior with strong experience in high-net-worth taxation. This role will focus on providing comprehensive tax compliance, planning, and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and related entities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to understand their financial goals, personal objectives, and complex tax circumstances.
• Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, estates, and foundations.
• Develop and implement tax-efficient planning strategies tailored to clients’ overall financial objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on tax matters, helping clients understand the impact of financial and estate decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address sophisticated tax issues and deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Conduct technical research to resolve complex tax questions and support planning initiatives.
• Stay current with evolving federal, state, and local tax laws to proactively anticipate and advise on potential client impacts.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency within the client service function.
• Mentor and train junior staff members to support their technical growth and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Experience in tax compliance and planning, preferably with high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Strong technical tax knowledge with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with leading tax preparation and research software.

Compensation:
Salary: $90,000 – $125,000, Plus Bonus
