Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with calendar upkeep, travel booking, and expenses for the Co-Founder/Managing Partner
  • Organize client meetings at the office, including booking catering and setting up conference rooms
  • Heavy calendar management and travel booking
  • Assist with planning the annual investor meeting

Qualifications:

  • Experience in executive support roles, particularly in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in managing calendars and booking travel
