Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with approximately $504 billion in assets under management, specializing in alternative asset management and capital markets solutions, is seeking an Internal Sales Associate for their Private Wealth Solutions team. This role will support relationship managers in driving sales and servicing client relationships within private wealth management firms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with External and Hybrid Relationship Managers to develop and maintain relationships with financial advisors at wealth management firms to drive sales and AUM growth.
  • Provide proactive sales support through outbound calls to existing and prospective allocators to drive sales and secure meetings.
  • Assist in efficient territory management, including sales pipeline management and target marketing using data/analytics.
  • Conduct follow-up activities with advisors/clients and maintain communication with Relationship Managers.
  • Communicate complex alternative investment capabilities to clients in a clear manner.
  • Maintain understanding of competitive landscape across investment strategies and structures.
  • Coordinate roadshows and maintain touchpoints with financial advisors to build rapport and assist with client service inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales experience with financial advisors at wealth management firms.
  • Understanding of financial markets and investment strategies, including alternative asset classes.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent academic credentials with an undergraduate degree; progress toward CFA and/or CAIA preferred.

Compensation:
Salary: $120,000 – $150,000, Plus Bonus
