Company Overview:
A well-established multi-family office is seeking a tax manager to join its growing team. This professional will oversee all facets of client relationships, including strategy development, client communication, delegation, and quality review of deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct holistic assessments of clients’ financial landscapes to identify needs and build tailored financial plans.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and organize financial data, preparing outputs such as net worth statements, cash flow projections, investment analyses, and investment policy documentation.
  • Develop and evaluate long-term capital sufficiency models, integrating financial objectives, tax assumptions, inflation projections, and investment performance expectations.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize a range of tax returns, including individual, trust, partnership, and corporate filings.
  • Manage ongoing follow-up actions with precision while maintaining proactive communication with clients and internal team members.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in taxation, investments, financial planning, or accounting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in taxation and/or investment strategy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms and professional financial software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.

Compensation:
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000, Plus Bonus
