Company Overview:
A specialist investment firm focused on financial technology, with expertise in software, information, and investment services across five core sub-sectors. They are seeking an Associate to support their Investor Relations team in managing capital raising and ongoing investor relations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Articulate technical and detailed concepts into marketing materials (PowerPoint, Excel, and written).
• Create and oversee all materials, outputs, and analysis required for the Investor Relations team.
• Work cross-functionally with investment and operational teams to implement and develop internal infrastructure and processes.
• Work with senior team members to manage investor tracking and organize roadshows.
• Participate in investor meetings and track follow-up deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years in Investment banking, Investor Realtions or from a Placement Agent

Compensation:
Salary: $125,000 – $140,000, Plus Bonus
