Company Overview:
A leading digital asset and blockchain company is seeking a Microsoft Expert to design, build, and manage their Microsoft Service offerings, including O365 and Azure, with a focus on security and systems integration.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and support existing Microsoft Service offerings, including O365 and on-premises services.
• Provide guidance to the workstation engineering team on system lifecycle management.
• Re-architect Microsoft services to enhance productivity, security, and reliability.
• Architect and deploy a Windows workstation management infrastructure.
• Develop and operate an Azure infrastructure service for custom finance applications.
• Lead the integration and operationalization of new enterprise services.
• Participate in incident investigations and remediation activities.
• Automate operations and mentor junior team members.
• Train operations and support personnel.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in information technology and system integration.
• Expertise in Hybrid Active Directory and Azure AD integration.
• Proficiency in Windows Server Architecture and Operations.
• Advanced knowledge of O365, including Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience with Powershell and Microsoft Security Services.
• Strong skills in Azure Cloud Architecture and Windows Workstation Engineering.
