Company Overview:
A leading real estate investment management firm with approximately $13.8 billion in assets under management is seeking an Investor Services Analyst. The role involves working with a collaborative team to manage real estate investment portfolios from acquisition through disposition.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to consultant and investor inquiries, correspondence, and information and data requests in a timely manner across multiple product lines.
  • Work directly with senior portfolio management and business development teams to update presentations and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate quarterly and annual investor reporting and deliverables for the firm’s products.
  • Manage the coordination of investor closings into firm products, including working closely with external legal counsel and third-party administrators.
  • Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure marketing materials comply with SEC and other regulatory requirements.
  • Track, monitor, and respond to questions sent to the Investor Services mailbox; assist with various communications to investors.
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheets and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Consistently record all key information regarding investor activities in the firm CRM.
  • Various ad-hoc and special projects as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with demonstrated strong academic performance.
  • 2-4 years of progressive experience working in investor services.
  • Advanced technical experience, proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Publisher.
  • Knowledge of investor documentation, including subscription agreements and limited partnership agreements.
