Company Overview:
A leading investment firm with over $55 billion in assets under management is seeking to add a Credit Analyst to its Credit Analyst Team. The role involves working on the firm's Credit platform, which focuses on leveraged loans and includes Direct Lending funds and a CLO platform.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the collection and distribution of financial updates for an assigned portfolio company coverage list
• Assess portfolio company performance through review of financial statements and discussions with management
• Prepare financial update flash summaries and monitoring reports
• Perform ongoing diligence and provide regular updates to Portfolio Managers
• Conduct fundamental credit analysis of new leveraged loan deals
• Draft investment memos and present to Investment Committee
• Perform quarterly valuation analysis of illiquid investments
• Prepare various monthly and quarterly internal and external reporting packages
• Organize and execute recurring portfolio management oriented workstreams
• Maintain fund models and provide regular updates on earnings projections

Qualifications:

• Finance or accounting degree, GPA 3.5+
• 2-3 years of experience in financial services
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including basic knowledge of macros and pivot tables
• CPA / CFA or other professional designation a plus
