Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
  • Maintain confidential records and ensure efficient office operations
  • Take initiative to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
  • Experience in an administrative support role preferred, but not required
