Company Overview:
A global asset manager with $190.3 billion in assets under management is seeking a Leveraged Loan Operations Associate to support their Leverage Loan team. The role will be based in NYC or LA with a hybrid work model.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Traders, Portfolio Managers, and external counterparties to settle bank loan trades accurately and timely.
• Engage with clients and counterparties to facilitate smooth trade settlements and address any queries or issues.
• Prepare and present reports on loan settlements, operational metrics, and performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of the structure, documentation, and lifecycle of syndicated loans.
• Proven ability to settle bank loan trades efficiently, including the use of Markit ClearPar for trade settlement.
• Ability to meticulously manage loan documentation and transactions, minimizing errors.
• Proficiency in identifying and resolving issues related to loan settlements and operations.
