Company Overview:
A New York-based private investment firm managing over $4 billion in assets across more than 13 funds, focusing on long-term partnerships with rapidly growing software and technology-enabled businesses. They are seeking a highly motivated Finance Analyst to join their finance team in a dynamic role aimed at broadening skills in private equity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare portfolio company valuation work, including quarterly mark-to-market analysis
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of investor reports and fund performance updates
• Monitor portfolio company and fund level performance metrics through iLevel
• Support internal reporting for investment, LPAC committees, and senior leadership
• Coordinate with the third-party fund administrator to oversee NAV, capital calls/distributions, and financial statement delivery
• Liaise with the investor relations and deal teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of data
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and analytics tools

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a related field
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis
• Experience with financial reporting and performance metrics
• Familiarity with private equity or investment management is a plus

Compensation:
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000, Plus Bonus
